About The Position

The Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle will lead Face Reality’s email/SMS marketing program and plan, execute, and measure best-in-class marketing initiatives. The Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle will be an an analytical and creative problem-solver with a deep technical skillset in Klaviyo and email/SMS. They will implement initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across B2B, B2C, and clinic businesses, and translate data, trends, and insights into actionable strategy. This is currently a single contributor role in a high-growth company, and reports to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager. This position is a Hybrid position working out of our San Ramon office Tuesday - Thursday and remotely Mondays and Fridays. Please note this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in email/SMS marketing (in-house or agency)
  • Advanced Klaviyo proficiency required
  • 5+ years total marketing experience across email, growth, performance, digital, or similar
  • Well-versed in relevant tools & platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify, and Excel
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Email and SMS Marketing:
  • Program Strategy & Management: Oversee and implement all of Face Reality’s email/SMS marketing programs across each stage of the customer journey for B2C, B2B (professional and medical), and Clinic channels with a focus on acquisition, productivity, and retention
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation strategy across all businesses with end-to-end execution
  • Technical Implementation: Manage the email/SMS calendar, content strategy, creative briefing, A/B testing, setup, QA, and reporting across the customer lifecycle, including drip campaigns, transactional emails, and educational and promotional sends to optimize performance
  • Analytics: Report on email KPIs and campaign performance analytics and drive continuous improvements across email deliverability, open, click-to-open, conversion, opt-out, and unsubscribe rates via testing and iteration
  • Demand Generation and Lead Qualification: Implement programs and tactics such as webinars and partnered giveaways to generate demand and email capture across all audiences, including but not limited to targeted landing pages, pop-ups, gated educational materials, customer segmentation, and drip campaigns. Qualify leads and hand-off to inside sales
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital Product and Technology, Customer Success, Education, and more to drive results that are aligned with our brand, customers, market trends, and business goals
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Be Face Reality’s internal subject matter expert on email and SMS best practices, technologies, and industry trends. Monitor advancements (new platforms, trends, content strategies, etc.) in the digital marketing space
