This role is responsible for driving strategic growth and scaling paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit. The Growth Marketing Manager will combine analytical rigor with creative experimentation to maximize customer acquisition and campaign performance. They will lead paid social operations, develop testing roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, product, brand, and creative. This position offers the opportunity to shape paid social strategy, optimize multi-million-dollar budgets, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s broader growth objectives. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing, scaling, and optimizing paid social programs.
  • Proven success executing complex campaigns, including dynamic ads, AB tests, and cross-platform strategies.
  • Deep technical and platform expertise across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social media channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with Excel/Google Sheets, incrementality studies, A/B testing, lift testing, and attribution frameworks.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets with strategic discipline.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced growth environment with a bias for experimentation and results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale paid social campaigns across platforms, ensuring efficient budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative optimization.
  • Build and execute testing roadmaps to continuously improve campaign performance, experimenting with audiences, creative, and formats.
  • Monitor campaign performance, QA results, and generate actionable insights through reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with analytics, product, and marketing technology teams to develop automated workflows and measurement tools.
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to develop engaging, performance-driven content that aligns with the company’s narrative.
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies and platform representatives to explore innovative solutions and emerging opportunities.
