We're looking for a Growth & Strategic Projects Manager to be the foundational sales hire for our New York office. This isn't just a sales role; it's a chance to directly shape our go-to-market strategy, build our sales playbook from the ground up, and truly challenge the status quo in rewarded monetization.

Requirements

  • Expert Sales & Business Development: Proven track record of independently identifying, prospecting, engaging, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business to revenue.
  • Hands-on Sales Experience: A history of hands-on sales, including direct outreach and cold prospecting to key decision-makers at mobile game studios.
  • Strategic GTM & Data-Driven Prospecting: Ability to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies, leveraging market data to prioritize high-potential publishers.
  • Exceptional Relationship Building: Strong ability to initiate and nurture pre-sales relationships with potential game publishers, building trust and credibility that directly leads to signed agreements.
  • High-Volume Publisher Experience: Experience working with or selling to mid-to-large mobile game studios, ideally within the top-tier segment.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Experience: Experience in gaming, ad tech sales or cashback is big a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Hands-On Sales: Own the end-to-end sales cycle to onboard premium brand partners into our cashback and rewards ecosystem.
  • Build & Own Go-to-Market: Define and execute the end-to-end sales strategy, including market segmentation, target account prioritization, and articulation of our unique value proposition in direct sales pitches. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust outbound sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Value Communication: Expertly communicate how Almedia’s ecosystem empowers brands and retailers to drive incremental growth and acquire high-intent consumers.
  • Collaborate for Product Growth: Work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, channeling feedback and market insights to continuously refine Almedia’s platform offering and ensure successful integrations.
  • Drive Sales Excellence: Demonstrate high conversion efficiency from initial contact to closed-won deals and contribute to scaling our sales processes for future growth.
