About The Position

Day in the Life — Milwaukee, WI Picture your morning: you power up your station in Milwaukee, verify settings on your TIG (GTAW) machine, review the day’s prints, and plan your sequence of welds. As parts move through the cell, you solve fit-up challenges, dial in parameters for different materials, and partner with teammates to keep work flowing smoothly. Your craftsmanship shows in every bead, and your troubleshooting chops keep production on pace without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Tackle
Create precise TIG welds across multiple material types, consistently meeting dimensional and quality specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan work and verify conformance. Diagnose weld-related issues and implement practical fixes to sustain throughput. Collaborate with peers to refine welding methods and raise overall efficiency. Maintain a tidy, organized work area and follow all safety procedures every step of the way. Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on welding equipment for peak performance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a TIG welder; familiarity with MIG is a welcome plus.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify root causes and resolve welding problems.
• Comfortable reading blueprints and technical schematics with accuracy.
• Sharp attention to detail and a drive to deliver premium workmanship.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications are advantageous.
