About The Position

GTM Engineer — StackAI StackAI is building the future of enterprise AI. We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to own the technical backbone of outbound: email infrastructure, signal-based prospecting, and scalable campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound operations and campaign execution (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Strong deliverability + email infrastructure skills (multiple domains/inboxes, reputation management).
  • Experience with signal/enrichment tooling and modern outbound stacks.
  • Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets/CRM hygiene); basic scripting/API skills are a plus.
  • Self-starter who can take a goal (e.g., “stand up a reliable outbound engine”) and run end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • Tooling-first problem solver: you enjoy researching the landscape, evaluating vendors/workflows, making a clear recommendation, and then implementing it.
  • Systems builder: you can stitch tools together, document the setup, and leave behind something the team can reliably operate and scale.
  • High ownership + bias to action: you move fast, troubleshoot well, and iterate based on results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Smartlead/Instantly, Outreach/Salesloft, HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with webhooks, automation (Zapier/Make) and lightweight ETL workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain outbound email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, DNS/SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warming, deliverability monitoring).
  • Build scalable outbound systems: segmentation, routing, enrichment, and campaign automation.
  • Run signal-based outreach using tools like Clay (e.g., intent, hiring, tech stack, funding, job posts, website changes).
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing to launch, test, and iterate outbound plays (A/B tests, personalization at scale, messaging ops).
  • Track performance and improve funnel metrics (deliverability, reply rates, meetings booked) with clean reporting.
