Global Professional Services Talent Development is seeking an experienced learning development professional to assist our team in designing, developing, implementing and facilitating learning experiences and programs for a variety of practice areas that enable our employees to grow, develop, and contribute to company growth. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful design and delivery of learning experiences for Global Professional Services GTM audiences, and supporting initiatives related to talent development and thought leadership content. A trusted advisor to the business, the Learning Experience Designer draws on deep program design/facilitation skills and solid business acumen to develop innovative learning and development experiences that produce measurable impact and support the talent pipeline of a fast-paced, high-growth company. Communication and organizational skills are core to this role. Success in this role will involve partnering closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to define learning objectives and create impactful learning experiences.
