About The Position

Etched is building the world’s first AI inference system purpose-built for transformers - delivering over 10x higher performance and dramatically lower cost and latency than a B200. We’re hiring for GTM Ops - someone who will build the operational backbone of our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact role working closely with our Head of GTM to drive the day-to-day execution behind our customer-facing efforts, product launches, and strategic partnerships. You’ll run key analyses, build customer pipelines, support events, shape brand presence, and help launch products that shift perception and win deals. Your work will directly accelerate our entry into market and deepen our relationships with high-value prospects.

Requirements

  • Have experience in early-stage or high-growth startup ops, GTM, strategy, or chief-of-staff roles
  • Have a background or interest in AI infrastructure, deep tech, or semiconductors
  • Combine operational rigor with storytelling and customer intuition
  • Are comfortable working across functions — from product to engineering to sales
  • Thrive in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments with lots of ambiguity
  • Can analyze customer data, prioritize action, and execute quickly
  • Know your way around CRM systems, data dashboards, and growth tooling

Responsibilities

  • Plug into knowledge sources by tracking model changes, data center development, and vendor news
  • Partner with executives across recruiting, operations, and engineering to guide customer assessments and analyses to guide outreach, qualification, and prioritization
  • Manage projects with the COO and GTM leads on positioning, pitch development, and internal ops
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, architecture, and software to best coordinate efforts across GTM
  • Build high-leverage decks, benchmarks, and ROI/TCO models
  • Develop and manage our GTM ops engine: CRM, pipeline tracking, reporting, lead gen infrastructure
  • Support product launches with operations, communications, and competitive strategy
  • Track and report progress on GTM KPIs, OKRs, and overall engagement health
  • Keep our systems sharp: iterate fast, reduce friction, and raise execution velocity
