THE ROLE We are seeking a GTM Solutions Lead to partner with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive scalable go-to-market strategies, processes, and systems. This role acts as the strategic business partner who translates organizational challenges into effective solutions — working closely with technical counterparts to design and deliver impactful GTM capabilities. As the GTM Solutions Lead, you will own the 'what' and 'why' of solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, while collaborating with technical teams to deliver the 'how'. You will lead cross-functional projects, provide thought leadership on GTM processes, and ensure successful adoption of new solutions that accelerate growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or business systems roles (Sales focus preferred).
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with GTM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gainsight, etc.).
  • Experience working closely with technical teams (e.g., systems architects, developers, admins).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership & Solution Design: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, translating their business needs into clear solution roadmaps while providing thought leadership on GTM strategy and best practices. You will also own and maintain the GTM systems roadmap, proactively prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and ROI.
  • Program & Project Leadership: Lead GTM systems and process initiatives from discovery to delivery by developing project plans, facilitating workshops, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time with measurable business impact.
  • Collaboration with Technical Partners: Partner with technical teams, including Engineers and Architects, to define business requirements and validate solutions. You'll bring a foundational understanding of core GTM technologies (e.g., Salesforce, sales automation, pipeline management) to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Drive the adoption of new GTM tools and processes by creating enablement materials and training, and continuously monitoring solution effectiveness to optimize for scalability and efficiency.
  • Data & Insights: Collaborate with Sales Operations and BI teams to ensure solutions enable accurate reporting and provide data-driven insights that improve GTM efficiency and system health.
  • System Governance & Vendor Management: Establish and maintain governance processes for GTM systems to ensure data integrity and system health. You will also lead the evaluation and selection of new GTM technologies to keep our tech stack best-in-class.
