About The Position

We’re looking for a warm, outgoing, and energetic Guest Ambassador to be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll greet visitors with a smile, create a welcoming atmosphere, and help guests feel at home as they are seated in either of our two unique bars. This is not a security-focused role—it’s all about making people feel seen, valued, and excited to enjoy their night with us.

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and personable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a welcoming presence.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work nights/weekends.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages.
• Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department.
• Consult Standard Operating Policy Manuals for guidance.
• Report illegal activity to Security or the appropriate levels of Management.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or host roles is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Manage seating and guide guests to their tables in both Prowl and Stray Pirate .
• Answer basic questions about the venue, menu, or specials.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable presence at the door and lobby areas.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Assist with occasional light administrative tasks (reservations, waitlists).
• Represent the brand and vibe of each location with energy, enthusiasm, and hospitality.
