About The Position
Kitchen Kettle Village is seeking enthusiastic team members for MOMS Pretzels. This role focuses on spreading happiness by ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and efficiently handling guest transactions while meeting food safety standards. The ideal candidate will excel at pretzel baking, guest service, and working in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge
- Record HACCP logs daily to ensure food safety compliance
- Greet every guest in a positive and professional manner
- Demonstrate skill and efficiency in properly baking pretzels and handling money
- Follow opening, closing, and daily operating/cleaning procedures
- Participate in daily sales promotions to pursue shop goals
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Assist in keeping condiments and paper supplies stocked and clean
- Handle money transactions and interact professionally with guests
- Balance deposits against daily sales and report any overages, shortages, or discrepancies
