About The Position

The Guest Experience Advisor is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by overseeing various operational aspects that enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves shuttle driving, automotive parts expediting, building repair orders, sourcing automotive parts, and maintaining cleanliness in both the shop and guest lobby. The Guest Experience Advisor will report directly to the Service Manager and work closely with other team members to uphold Christian Brothers Automotive's high standards of service and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to maintaining a professional and hospitable work environment.
  • Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional shuttle service for guests, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining a clean and safe shuttle environment.
  • Assist in sourcing, retrieving, and delivering automotive parts efficiently to support repair operations, ensuring timely availability of necessary components.
  • Assist in building and maintaining accurate repair orders, ensuring clear communication between guests, service advisors, and technicians.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in both the guest lobby and the shop, including restocking refreshments, tidying up seating areas, and ensuring the shop remains organized and free of hazards.
  • Support guests by answering questions, providing updates on their vehicle’s service, Pulling guest vehicle up to front door after repair completion and assisting with any other customer service needs.
  • Work closely with the Guest Experience Manager, service advisors, and technicians to streamline operations and enhance the overall service experience.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
