About The Position

As part of Team Merlin at Merlin Entertainments, you’ll help turn visits into magical memories—welcoming guests into a colorful, immersive world full of laughter, wonder, and bubbles of fun. 🫧 What You’ll Be Doing Bring high-energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to every guest interaction Live and breathe the Merlin Values , delivering magical service at every opportunity Proactively engage with guests and create moments of joy and connection Manage guest lines safely while keeping the experience fun and upbeat Keep public areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready Follow opening and closing procedures to keep the attraction running smoothly Help maintain a safe environment by following all Health, Safety & Security guidelines Your goal? Make every guest leave smiling, laughing, and wanting to come back for more.
Requirements
- 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
