We are seeking a driven and dynamic Assistant Salon Manager to support our Luxury Salon Managers at our Tampa area locations. Requirements

  • One year or more experience in a client service, hospitality, or administrative role
  • Strong interest in the beauty industry and luxury guest experiences
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment
  • Self motivated and proactive with a desire to grow professionally
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support and influence a team in a positive way
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and applying it to improve performance
  • Comfortable learning new technology and salon systems
  • Positive, professional, and dependable with a strong sense of accountability
  • Availability to work Mondays from 8 AM to 6 PM and Thursdays from 10 AM to 8 PM along with additional evenings and weekends including Fridays and Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience & Front Desk Leadership Ensure an exceptional luxury experience for every guest
  • Serve as the first and last point of contact for clients while creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
  • Manage guest communications including voicemails, emails, and social media inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain a polished and organized salon environment that reflects Salon Halo standards
  • Assist stylists with guest concerns or service questions to ensure satisfaction and long term guest relationships
  • Operational Excellence Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all salon areas
  • Ensure opening and closing responsibilities are completed consistently
  • Assist with inventory organization and support operational tracking
  • Support planning and execution of seasonal promotions and salon presentations
  • Stylist & Team Performance Support Assist in tracking stylist productivity and salon performance
  • Support stylists in utilizing salon systems and tools that help them reach their goals
  • Encourage accountability, professionalism, and a strong team culture
  • Assist leadership in supporting stylist growth and development
  • Growth & Community Involvement Support the Luxury Salon Manager with marketing initiatives and local community involvement
  • Represent Salon Halo with professionalism while helping strengthen brand reputation
  • Contribute ideas that enhance the guest experience and support salon growth
  • Adaptability & Leadership Development Remain flexible and responsive to the daily needs of the salon
  • Approach challenges with professionalism, problem solving, and a positive attitude
  • Develop leadership and business skills through mentorship and continued learning
  • Provide support across multiple locations when needed
