How You'll Make an Impact As a Guest Experience Team Member at Dash In, you'll be the face of our store, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your role is diverse and exciting: Stock and Display: Keep our shelves looking fantastic by stocking items, arranging displays, and reaching items up to seven feet high! No need for a gym membership here – you'll even get a workout in! Maintain Cleanliness: Be the cleanliness champ by sweeping, mopping, and keeping restrooms and the store in tip-top shape. Mother Earth will thank you as you help keep our exterior looking pristine too. Cash Control: Handle cash transactions with precision, following company policies to the letter. Accuracy is key – and you'll ace it! Guest First Attitude: As the first and last person our guests see, you'll be their hero! Show them that we're all about the "Guest First" experience. Why Dash In? Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
  • 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
  • 🇺🇸 Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
  • Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
