About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant is will Assists the Guest Room Supervisor and other staff to improve efficiency in all housekeeping areas. Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms and other hotel areas as assigned Responsibilities: Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests. Ensures at all times operating principles are being adhered to: Clean – Keep all areas clean and pristine. Safe – Follow all safety policies and procedures. Friendly - Use customer courtesy skills to provide superior guest service. Fun – Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.

Requirements

  • GED; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
