Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to apply
Energetic, friendly personality and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Interest in customer-facing work and possibly helping with event coordination

Nice To Haves

Prior retail, hospitality, or food service experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests both in-store and by phone, ensuring a joyful and helpful experience
Assist customers in selecting cakes, flavors, add-ons, and packages that best suit their celebration
Operate POS systems accurately and promote the Nothing Bundt Cakes app
Keep the retail space clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
