About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing reservations, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest needs throughout their stay. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is passionate about providing outstanding service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and hotel reservation software
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Open availability preferred
  • Must be able to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred
  • Hilton brand experience strongly preferred , but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest reservations and process check-ins and check-outs using the hotel’s property management system
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Handle guest requests such as restaurant reservations, local recommendations, and transportation arrangements
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email or online inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist with coordinating meeting room setups and event needs when required
  • Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and a focus on service recovery
  • Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness, including light cleaning such as wiping counters and restocking supplies
  • Support team members and assist with other duties as assigned
