Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
  • Minimum of High School education
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
  • Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Greets guests as they arrive, focus on personal recognition.
  • Reviewing daily arrival lists to assist in preparing accommodations and assembling welcome amenities.
  • Acknowledging, appreciating and enrolling Hilton Honors members upon all interactions
  • Actively attending to messaging platforms and phone calls for guest inquiries.
  • Communicating with other departments as needed about requests that may affect the guest experience.
  • Keeping the front desk area clean and organized.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude at the desk consistently to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Attending to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
  • Follow checklist when going through check in or check out with guest, always retrieving necessary identification documents and form of payment upon arrival.
  • Reviewing group information before each shift to ensure positive group visits.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned.
