As a Guest Services Representative for High Hotels LTD., you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, and assisting guests during arrivals and departure. You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position. This position will require the ability to work at either the Hampton Inn & Suites OR the Home2 Suites as needed. We are seeking a Part-Time candidate with flexible availability to work (approx. 24 hours weekly) either the 7:00am - 3:00pm shift or 3:00pm - 11:00pm shift on varying days, including weekends. Must have availability to work both shifts.
