About The Position
Do you love Boston? Boston Duck Tours is hiring Guest Service Representatives for our upcoming 2026 season! Come be part of one of Boston’s best attractions! We’re looking for passionate, hardworking, enthusiastic people that love helping others and ensuring their experience before, during and after the tour is the absolute best possible. We love our city and sharing it with the 500,00 people that take our tour each year! All Guest Service Representatives will work alternately at our Prudential Center, Museum of Science, and New England Aquarium departure locations. Each location will require different responsibilities but may include:
Requirements
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and comfortably speak English
Responsibilities
- Interacting with Guests while they wait for their tour at our three departure locations
- Answering Guests’ questions
- Being an ambassador for our brand and the city of Boston
- Assisting Guests before and after their tour
- Cleaning the Ducks
