About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Services Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing an exceptional level of service that reflects our commitment to quality. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome and is provided with the necessary information and assistance for a pleasant stay.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or service-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage phone calls, responding to both administrative and guest-related questions.
  • Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications and ensure accurate information is recorded.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all guest needs are met promptly.
