About The Position

The Fast Pass Representative supports hospital operations by overseeing the Fast
Pass process and ensuring patients and guests are greeted, screened, and routed
appropriately upon arrival. This role contributes to operational efficiency and
facility safety. As the program grows, responsibilities will expand to include
enhanced vetting of Emergency Department guests. The position provides 24/7
operational coverage and works collaboratively with clinical and security teams
to support a safe and welcoming environment.
