As a member of Inter Miami’s Guest Services team, you will provide unique fan experiences while promoting a positive work environment during all events hosted at NU Stadium. Our focus is to ensure all fans have a safe and memorable experience by offering world-class customer service. We strive to make everyone feel welcome. This supervisory role is essential to our match day experience for both fans and employees. We are looking for energetic and friendly leaders to join our team at Inter Miami CF! Job Summary · Starting Pay - $16.00/hour. · Average hours per shift – 8 to 10 · Average events per month – 2 to 4 · Shifts are ONLY available on event days. · Supervisors lead a team of guest service representatives, ranging from 5 to 20 individuals. · The event season at NU Stadium typically runs from late February through November. · Supervisors must have evening and weekend availability, as most events occur during these times. · This is a part time position with work hours based solely on the event schedule at both stadiums.
