We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 1st to July 31st. Based in Ohio offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. About our (ADC) Americas Distribution Center Facilities Team: The Facilities Team supports a highly automated distribution center. This team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and minimizing equipment / asset downtime. Their responsibilities typically include: Equipment Maintenance and Reliability Automation System Support Continuous Improvement – Capital Investment Projects Safety and Compliance Asset and Spare Parts Management Data Analysis and Reporting

Requirements

  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
  • Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or an Engineering discipline focusing on energy and sustainability preferred
  • Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
  • Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
  • Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
  • Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
