Requirements

Paid experience in remodeling or residential/commercial maintenance (carpentry, painting, drywall, basic plumbing, electrical)
Great customer service and client relations
Knowledge of building codes
Material management
Must have current driver's license and insurance
Must have tools, work vehicle and good references
Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
Must pass screening process which includes a background check
Must have a smartphone and access to the Internet
Located within a 20 mile radius of Bloomfield Hills

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance or remodeling project by providing construction skills for residents and businesses in Bloomfield Hills and the surrounding area.
Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clients
Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects
