Job Summary Work on a full-time basis (Mon. – Fri.), using your personal truck or van to residential and commercial properties throughout Malden, Melrose, Wakefield, Lynnfield, Saugus, and more. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multiple trades, including drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and the ability to solve problems with "outside the box" solutions . If you are a problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality work, we want to hear from you! This is a part-time position to start, but will grow into a full-time position within 30 days or so (end of March 2026). The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
