Requirements

Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures; prior experience is a plus but not required
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good physical stamina; able to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks safely
Communication skills to understand instructions
Must have a drivers license
