We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced handyman to join our team at La Gran Plaza Shopping Center in Fort Worth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
• Broad range of repair and maintenance technical abilities required.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Successfully pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, handle minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs throughout the mall.
• Respond promptly to work orders and address urgent maintenance requests to minimize disruptions.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and promotions with the mall.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
