Landscaping by J. Michael is looking for Experienced Foreman. The ideal candidates are results-driven, passionate about the green industry and contributing to growth. With over three decades as an industry leader in Massachusetts, Landscaping by J. Michael provides high quality landscape services to the Commercial and Residential markets on the South Shore. Our vast experience allows us to take on each project with confidence and expertise. Job Summary Responsible for professional install/build for a variety of jobs including natural stone walls, Bluestone, pavers, walks, patios and segmented walls.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 year experience in the masonry and landscape construction industry required.
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card.
Nice To Haves
- Hydraulic license preferred.
- CDL B Preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage crew members on team, provide proper layout of products prior to start of projects.
- Assist in the construction of walkways, patios, walls and other decorative installations
- Operate various equipment and tools including cut off saws, angle grinders, mason trowels, compactors, laser levels, shovels, hammers, skid steers and mini excavators
- Maintains vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety and general maintenance
