Hardware Recruiter

Ōura
3h$100,000 - $160,000Remote

About The Position

Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles. Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office. We are in search of an exceptional Hardware Recruiter to support critical hiring across our Hardware, Firmware, and Sensing organizations. This role is ideal for a recruiter with deep experience in full-cycle recruiting for hardware and connected device teams within consumer technology environments, and who understands how to evaluate both technical depth and real-world product execution. As a vital member of our recruiting team, you will partner closely with executives, hardware leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to build diverse, high-performing teams and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will help shape how we attract and hire engineers and operators who can design, build, test, and scale world-class wearable hardware and sensing platforms. Reporting to the Global Head of Recruiting in San Francisco, you will collaborate closely with our existing global recruiting team, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and identify innovative sourcing strategies. You will directly engage with executives and organizational leaders to support critical hiring decisions that drive our business forward. This is a remote US role. We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. OURA employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.

  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding hiring goals and building trusted partnerships with hiring managers
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and supporting long-term, strategic hiring plans
  • Demonstrated passion, ownership, and drive, paired with a warm, professional, and candidate-first approach
