Requirements

Must not have a Written Warning within 6 months of bid date.
Cannot have over 6 points to be considered for this position.
Once selected, must stay under 10 points to remain in a lead position.
Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
If you are selected for this position and choose to decline, you will be ineligible to apply for another position for six months.
Similarly, if you accept the position, you will not be eligible for lateral moves or positions with lower pay for six months; only promotions will be considered.

Responsibilities

Inspect all machinery and production lines prior to startup to ensure proper functioning.
Perform minor equipment repairs as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Adhere to and support safety and environmental protocols.
Provide coverage for team members during breaks or absences to maintain workflow continuity.
Manage any additional duties as assigned by management.
