About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Operate or learn to operate a 70 ton haul truck to transport rock products to the processing plant and stockpiles as directed Perform basic pre‑operation inspections to ensure equipment readiness Support production by moving materials efficiently and accurately Follow all safety standards to contribute to a strong safety culture Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Assist with other tasks as needed to support site operations. What Are We Looking For Ability to operate or learn to operate haul units and related equipment Strong commitment to working safely and following established procedures Capability to perform essential physical tasks in an industrial environment Reliable work habits, teamwork skills, and adaptability Situational awareness and sound judgment in a dynamic work setting Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed. Willing to work up to 10-12 hrs/day; 6 days/wk when needed Must be punctual and have reliable transportation Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
