Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a School-Based Therapist to provide mental health services to children within the school setting, including assessments and therapy. Position Summary: The School-Based Therapist conducts diagnostic assessments, delivers individual therapy, and collaborates with school staff and families to support student success.
Requirements
- Required: Master’s degree in a human services field and licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Must be licensed in North Carolina; associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted.
Responsibilities
- Assess strengths and needs through screening and evaluation.
- Formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and family therapy in school settings.
- Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements.
- Monitor progress and update crisis plans as needed.
