About The Position

This role provides an opportunity to lead testing and quality assurance initiatives for integrated HCM and CRM systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The HCM CRM Test Lead will design, execute, and oversee test strategies across multiple modules and integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and functional accuracy between enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate business processes, troubleshoot issues, and support release cycles while maintaining high standards of quality. The position requires a hands-on approach to testing, automation, and integration validation, coupled with leadership in coordinating testing activities across teams. This is ideal for a detail-oriented professional experienced in HCM/CRM systems, integration testing, and data validation in complex enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in HCM and CRM testing.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM integration testing and Oracle HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of API testing, middleware platforms (OIC/Boomi/MuleSoft), and data validation techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and data reconciliation across integrated systems.
• Ability to develop and execute integration test strategies and automation approaches.
• Experience with regression, SIT, and UAT processes, including defect triage and environment coordination.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and remote teams.
• High School Diploma / GED required; additional technical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and integration testing for HCM modules, covering Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and Compensation.
• Validate end-to-end business processes and data flows between HCM and CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Design and execute integration test scenarios, including API, middleware, and file-based interfaces, and perform backend/database validation using SQL.
• Conduct regression, SIT, and UAT support for HCM and CRM releases.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, identify discrepancies, and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Develop test strategies, automation approaches, and test data plans to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams, systems, and release cycles to ensure quality and deployment readiness.
