We are looking for a visionary Head Chef to lead the culinary experience at our flagship restaurant Quadro and Palio’s Trattoria. This is more than a kitchen leadership role, it’s an opportunity to shape, elevate, and redefine two distinctive dining concepts. We’re seeking a culinary leader who thrives on creativity. Is passionate about quality ingredients, bold flavors, with a commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing at every step. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for executing and evolving the culinary vision across both outlets, leading from the front. Also understands how to balance artistry with strong operational discipline. From menu conception to final plate presentation, your influence will be reflected in every guest experience. We are looking for a leader who inspires confidence in their team, brings fresh ideas to the table, and remains calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
