Orangetheory Fitness Bridgeport is looking for an energetic, inspiring Head Coach to lead our coaching team and deliver world-class workouts to our amazing members. This role is perfect for a passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others, leading by example, and creating an incredible group fitness experience.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- Group fitness coaching experience required
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Coach high-energy Orangetheory group fitness classes
- Lead, mentor, and develop the coaching team
- Ensure exceptional member experience and workout quality
- Support studio culture, member retention, and community engagement
- Assist with coach onboarding and training
