About The Position
Take your lifeguarding skills to the next level! Requirements
- Must be 16+ years old
- Current Lifeguard & CPR certification
- Leadership skills & ability to manage schedules
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation & strong communication skills
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting
- A commitment to safety and a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support lifeguard staff
- Maintain pool safety and enforce policies
- Assist with scheduling and daily operations
- Handle resident concerns and provide top-notch customer service
- Respond to emergencies and perform first aid when necessary
