Lead and develop a diverse team while promoting an inclusive, collaborative culture. As the Head of Analytics on the Chase Offers Team, you translate our strategic priorities into a clear data and analytics vision that delivers growth and better customer experiences. You partner with product owners and functional leaders to apply machine learning and AI, automate analytics, and tell a unified story across teams. You build industry-leading data assets, ensure our digital experiences capture the right signals, and continuously improve self-service for product, design, and technology. You lead with influence, communicate complex ideas simply, and drive measurable business impact while upholding strong governance and controls.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience as a data or analytics executive or in a closely related field.
  • Experience in financial services, retail, digital, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership managing large, diverse teams with a strong coaching and development focus.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills with senior executives; ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Process- and controls-oriented leadership with robust governance and controls understanding.
  • Strong understanding of business controls and data risk, including data quality and appropriate use.
  • Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities and drive consensus.
  • Track record of partnering across product, design, technology, and analytics teams to deliver impact.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic priorities into a data and analytics roadmap and outcomes.
  • Organize and align analytics support for each functional leader and product owner.
  • Apply machine learning and AI to grow the business, solve problems, and improve customer experiences.
  • Automate repeatable analyses and elevate data visualization for decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses and partner with Modeling Center of Excellence on predictive models.
  • Build industry-leading data assets and ensure digital experiences capture essential behavioral signals.
  • Integrate behavioral, transactional, and customer feedback data to enhance digital journeys and funnel conversion.
  • Prioritize analytics roadmaps with stakeholders and flex team capacity across priorities.
  • Influence senior stakeholders, communicate insights clearly, and drive adoption and action.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse analytics team; engage external communities to attract talent.
  • Own data risks and controls, ensuring data quality, appropriate use, and support of firmwide governance initiatives.
