Flex is entering a pivotal stage of growth where how we tell our story matters as much as the product we build. As the Head of Communications, you will lead the strategy and execution behind Flex’s external narrative, ensuring our mission, product, and impact are clearly understood across media, partners, and the broader fintech ecosystem. You will oversee our PR agency relationship, drive proactive media engagement, and guide the company through high-stakes communications moments with confidence and clarity. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with executive leadership to shape messaging, prepare spokespeople, and ensure Flex is represented thoughtfully in the public conversation. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments and is comfortable navigating complex narratives in regulated industries. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will play a key role in protecting and strengthening Flex’s reputation as we scale. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week in our New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City headquarters.
