We're seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Head of Content to lead our content marketing engine. You will be the storytelling powerhouse behind Cyera -crafting content that resonates with CISOs, Directors of Data Security, AI leaders, and Security Practitioners. From long-form thought leadership to bite-sized social content, your work will fuel awareness, education, and engagement across the buyer's journey. You'll own and drive our content strategy, calendar, and execution, while constantly exploring new and impactful content formats-video, diagrams, social snippets, product explainers, and more. This is a high-impact role with direct influence over brand voice, marketing performance, and go-to-market success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the global content strategy aligned to marketing and business goals.
- Manage and evolve the content calendar across all funnel stages.
- Leverage AI tools to scale content generation and QA processes.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Communications teams to align content to key campaigns, launches, and events.
- Develop theme-based multi-quarter strategies around key topics - AI, Data Security Platform, Democratizing data risk etc.
- Build and manage a network of freelancers, designers, and video creators.
- Bring Cyera's unique value to life through compelling storytelling that connects with technical and executive audiences.
- Craft content that reflects industry trends, buyer pain points, and the rapidly evolving world of AI and data security.
- Develop snappy videos that highlight Cyera momentum.
- Humanize Cyera brand-level videos (i.e. Coffee with CSOs).
- Create customer journey content - i.e. docu-style videos.
- Design interactive website spaces.
- Host LinkedIn Live Cyera Innovation series.
- Create themed blog series.
- Bring Cyera Research Lab Reports to life via creative content.
- Support Cyera Research Labs Fast Responses initiatives.
- Launch Cyera Research Labs Podcast Series.
- Work with Product Marketing and Product teams to develop sizzle demo concepts.
- Design guided product tours with Product Marketing and Product teams.
- Help drive the adoption of Cyera Data and AI Security certifications within the community.
Requirements
- 8+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, data, or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of and empathy for technical buyers-especially CISOs, data security leaders, Chief Data Officers, or AI stakeholders.
- A portfolio that showcases creative range: blog posts, video scripts, social content, diagrams, and campaign assets.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics into compelling narratives.
- Experience developing and managing editorial calendars and content workflows.
- Strong collaboration skills; thrive in cross-functional environments.
- A creator's mindset: fast-moving, self-directed, and unafraid to experiment.
