The Global Partner Program team develops ecosystem and regional sales execution strategy, partner programs, and programmatic go-to-market support for Google Cloud and its partners. Through Google’s services and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships, we seek to accelerate growth and share aligned to customer outcomes through a thriving partner ecosystem. As the Head of Global Partner Sales Execution, you will be accountable for running the partner sales operating model engine and ensuring the day-to-day execution required to drive partner-led pipeline, program utilization and Return on Investment (ROI), business and key metric attainment, and delivery excellence. You will lead the global operating system for partner sales execution from a business perspective, including performance management, segmentation, governance, and global-to-regional consistency in execution.
