About The Position

The Head of Growth Marketing will lead performance-driven growth strategies across both B2C and B2B channels, driving user acquisition for a consumer loyalty app while supporting the expansion of a cutting-edge Ads platform. This role blends hands-on marketing execution with strategic leadership, focusing on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and scalable campaigns. You will collaborate across product, creative, and sales teams to optimize multi-channel campaigns, build innovative acquisition engines, and maximize engagement and retention. Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in growth marketing, paid UA, or performance marketing for consumer apps, with proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end.
  • Deep expertise in paid UA across multiple channels, with strong experience in the Android ecosystem; iOS and mobile web experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with mobile attribution tools such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with dashboards, data interpretation, and translating metrics into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing performance briefs, stakeholder reports, and campaign concepts.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player, experienced working with product, creative, B2C, and sales stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

  • Experience with B2B growth marketing, ad tech platforms, or programmatic advertising is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance acquisition campaigns across multiple paid channels including Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Reddit, ad networks, programmatic, and emerging platforms, optimizing installs, engagement, retention, and LTV.
  • Build and manage alternative growth engines such as influencer partnerships, referral programs, app store search ads, community initiatives, and organic channels.
  • Develop and execute creative testing frameworks, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies to improve acquisition efficiency and downstream engagement.
  • Own campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and real-time optimization based on performance data.
  • Oversee B2B growth marketing initiatives for Ads, including paid social campaigns, content execution, email marketing, and landing page optimization to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, monitor performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, creative, and sales to ensure alignment with business objectives and GTM strategy.
