Leading companies such as Sodexo, TopCashback, Perkbox, Sweatcoin, Coinbase, and Globetopper rely on Runa to facilitate instant, flexible global payouts to tens of millions of consumers. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to drive scalable growth across the funnel, from awareness to acquisition to customer lifecycle. You’ll own demand generation, ABM, events, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations and revenue-focused experimentation. This is a fast-paced leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering measurable impact and aligning marketing tightly with sales and product to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the development and execution of a full-funnel growth marketing strategy focused on pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and customer expansion through paid, organic, email, content, and partnerships.
  • Owning all demand gen KPIs, including lead volume, CAC, ROI, and pipeline creation, while driving continuous improvement through data led experimentation across channels and tactics.
  • Building and scaling Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with sales and RevOps, aligning on ICP, segmentation, and attribution to drive revenue from high-value accounts.
  • Overseeing field and event marketing strategy, including both virtual and in-person, ensuring collaboration with sales and partners to maximize ROI, pipeline impact, and post-event follow-through.
  • Ownership over the marketing operations and tech stack (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring clean data, accurate attribution, and efficient automation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years managing growth or revenue marketing teams in fast-growing tech companies; fintech or payments experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive demand generation, marketing operations, and pipeline creation with measurable results.
  • Deep expertise across digital channels, including performance marketing, SEO, email, events, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and attribution platforms such as HockeyStack.
  • Strong analytical and KPI ownership skills.
  • A collaborative and growth mindset, skilled at aligning marketing, sales, and product; thrives in fast-paced, test-and-iterate environments.
