At Daydream, growth is a system, not just marketing spend. The Head of Growth + Performance Marketing will own the experimentation engine that drives how new users discover, try, and adopt Daydream. This includes designing and running rapid experimentation across acquisition channels, messaging, creative, and product entry points to continuously improve growth. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, brand marketing, creative testing, AI-driven content generation, and product growth. We believe performance improves when acquisition, messaging, and the product experience are optimized together. You will be responsible for building and operating the systems that allow us to continuously test, learn, and scale what works. This role requires both strategic ownership and hands-on execution. You may run campaigns directly, manage agency partners, work with internal creative resources, social channels and partner closely with product to improve conversion and activation.
