We’re hiring a Head of Growth to build and lead the engine that turns interest into activation, adoption, and long-term product usage. Sitting at the center of Marketing, Product, and Data, this role owns growth strategy across channels, including content, community, partnerships, events, performance marketing, and lifecycle. The mandate is clear: ensure every dollar and every effort invested in growth translates into meaningful activation and durable usage, particularly with senior enterprise technology leaders who are highly time-constrained, discerning, and difficult to reach. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a growth leader who thrives in startup environments and knows how to blend experimentation, product intuition, and strong execution. You will shape how users experience the product from their first interaction through long-term adoption, working closely with cross-functional partners to remove friction, accelerate time-to-value, and build growth systems that compound over time rather than chase short-term wins.
