About The Position

Closinglock is scaling rapidly and seeking a strategic leader to own and evolve the systems and AI capabilities powering our go-to-market (GTM) engine. This role will lead GTM Systems and Technology, building the foundation that drives predictable, scalable revenue growth. You will ensure our Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams have the tools, data, automation, and insights required to perform at the highest level. This is not a traditional operations role. You will architect how we measure, automate, and scale the business — while shaping how AI and automation create durable competitive advantage across our GTM organization. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Analytics, or related fields
  • Strong background in revenue systems architecture, data modeling, and analytic
  • Help cultivate a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and high performance
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), marketing automation platforms, and customer success systems
  • Proven success building and scaling GTM infrastructure in high-growth technology environments
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success executives to drive alignment and operational excellence
  • Ability to operate at both strategic (design and architecture) and tactical (workflow, reporting, system optimization) levels
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the GTM Technology team as the company grows
  • Own the strategy, architecture, and execution of the GTM systems roadmap
  • Build and manage the company’s revenue data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, reporting, and performance insights
  • Drive adoption of AI and automation to increase speed, precision, and impact across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success
  • Partner with GTM leaders to design systems that enable accountability, transparency, and scalable growth
  • Ensure data integrity, process discipline, and seamless integrations across the GTM technology stack
  • Help cultivate a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and high performance
