THE ROLE (Beauty Industry Experience Required) The Head of Integrated Marketing is a newly created senior leadership position responsible for unifying ColourPop’s marketing functions under one cohesive strategy. As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a visionary Head of Integrated Marketing who can lead our mission to continue to disrupt the beauty industry, and who can build and drive marketing campaigns that deliver commercial results. This individual is a builder and cultural architect who fuses classical brand marketing with the modern landscape of digital innovation, social commerce, community building, and AI-powered analytics. This role requires someone who can excel in both the traditional aspects of brand marketing and the modern landscape of digital innovation, social commerce, and community building on a global scale. This is not a “set the strategy and delegate” role. We need a hands-on, commercially-minded marketing leader who will work directly with Brand Marketing, Social, Influencer/ PR/ Community, Studio and Graphic Design teams to bring campaigns to life across every touchpoint. Importantly, you will partner closely with the commercial teams to help drive demand across the funnel and, ultimately, deliver revenue targets.
