About The Position

We are looking for a Head of Strategy & Marketing who is equal parts: Market structure thinker Narrative architect Data-driven strategist Ecosystem operator This is not a “brand marketer” role. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for: Designing and executing go-to-market strategy for a number of business lines and products Owning product positioning within the Solana ecosystem Translating complex on-chain mechanics into compelling narratives Driving validator, protocol, and ecosystem adoption Shaping token positioning and long-term strategic direction Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Head of Strategy & Marketing to drive strategic leadership and innovative marketing initiatives within the Solana ecosystem. This role is pivotal in designing go-to-market strategies, positioning products, and crafting narratives that promote ecosystem adoption and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic leadership and marketing within the blockchain or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and its components (e.g., validators, MEV, LSTs).
  • Exceptional narrative crafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and ecosystem shifts for strategic advantage.
  • Experience in driving ecosystem growth and engaging with core crypto-native audiences.
  • Proficiency in developing and tracking performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience coordinating with legal teams on regulatory-sensitive communications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with: Solana validators MEV infrastructure LST/LRT ecosystems On-chain liquidity programs
  • Prior token launch or token incentive design experience
  • Experience working cross-jurisdictionally (US + offshore structures)
  • Strong plus: Experience with Solana validators, token launches, and cross-jurisdictional operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the company’s GTM strategy across a number of different products
  • Identify growth vectors within Solana (e.g., restaking, MEV, LSTs, on-chain liquidity programs, token launches)
  • Anticipate ecosystem shifts
  • Develop competitive landscape analysis across Solana and cross-chain infrastructure
  • Articulate the product’s unique value within Solana’s architecture
  • Build thought leadership around market structure, decentralization, transparency, and capital efficiency
  • Craft messaging that resonates with: Core crypto-native builders Validators Institutional liquidity providers Token issuers
  • Shape token positioning and incentive alignment messaging (in close coordination with legal)
  • Build validator and protocol relationships
  • Develop measurable ecosystem growth pipelines
  • Drive adoption metrics (TVL, validator participation, revenue, protocol integrations)
  • Work closely with BD to convert ecosystem interest into long-term alignment
  • Oversee content strategy (X, research threads, whitepapers, dashboards, analytics releases)
  • Launch product announcements and ecosystem campaigns
  • Coordinate events, conference strategy, and ecosystem presence
  • Build high-signal thought leadership (not noise)
  • Define and track performance KPIs
  • Work with engineering to surface verifiable dashboards
  • Translate on-chain metrics into market narratives
  • Monitor validator conversion and retention metrics
  • Partner closely with General Counsel on: Token communications Regulatory-sensitive positioning Public statements
  • Ensure messaging aligns with compliance frameworks and avoids unnecessary regulatory risk
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for diverse business lines and products.
  • Own and articulate product positioning within the Solana ecosystem.
  • Translate complex on-chain mechanics into compelling and understandable narratives.
  • Drive engagement and adoption among validators, protocols, and the broader ecosystem.
  • Shape the positioning and strategic direction of tokens in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Conduct competitive landscape analysis within Solana and cross-chain infrastructure.
  • Build thought leadership on market structure, decentralization, and capital efficiency.
  • Develop growth pipelines and drive adoption metrics like total value locked (TVL) and validator participation.
  • Oversee content strategy, launch product announcements, and manage ecosystem campaigns.
  • Define performance KPIs and ensure visibility into data for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to align messaging with compliance and mitigate regulatory risks.
