We’re hiring a Head of Marketing & Creative Strategy to work directly with our founder and lead the full 360 marketing ecosystem: brand, content, ecommerce, community, influencer, PR, and product alignment. You'll own the storytelling, the systems, and the strategy — all while keeping your finger on the pulse of culture and commerce. You’ll bring both the eye and the engine: a visionary who understands aesthetic storytelling, but who also thrives on building strategy, driving performance, and optimizing execution across all marketing channels. You’ll take the creative vision our founder has built over the last decade and scale it through structured marketing, performance insights, community engagement, and next-level execution. This is a brand-led, data-backed, community-driven leadership role — and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty.
