About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the design and execution of a fully AI-native People Operations function, shaping how talent is developed, managed, and deployed across a dynamic portfolio of brands. You will build intelligent HR systems that integrate AI-driven workforce planning, performance management, and talent development, creating measurable impact on organizational effectiveness. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will lead and grow a high-performing People Ops team while collaborating closely with senior leaders across the company. The position combines strategic influence with hands-on execution, providing a platform to experiment, scale innovative solutions, and directly influence business outcomes in a high-growth, AI-forward environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building or leading HR systems in high-growth or technology-focused organizations
  • Proven experience using AI to redesign people processes, including workforce analytics, recruiting, knowledge management, or operational workflows
  • Technical fluency with modern AI and automation tools, including LLM-powered workflows and enterprise system integration
  • Systems thinking and builder mindset: ability to design for scale, experiment quickly, and turn ambiguous challenges into operational solutions
  • STEM degree or equivalent experience in a technically rigorous environment
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-native HR processes that optimize performance management, workforce planning, and talent development
  • Architect intelligent talent infrastructure, including AI-driven skills mapping, internal mobility systems, and dynamic compensation modeling
  • Deploy AI across the employee lifecycle, integrating automation into onboarding, performance, and organizational design
  • Translate AI insights into business outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve decision-making, organizational speed, and workforce effectiveness
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the People Operations team, fostering a culture of experimentation, ownership, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align people strategy with business goals and drive measurable improvement across the portfolio
